Payment Options

We accept payments online through Paypal, who provide a fast, safe and secure service. We do not receive or have access to any of your financial information – this is held securely by Paypal. Your payment will appear as “Ely Mind Coaching” on your credit card bill. We can also accept payment by cheque.

Credit Card Security

We do not receive any of your financial information from Paypal. You can shop safe in the knowledge that your financial details are secure.

Delivery

MP3: You will be sent a download link by e-mail once your order has been confirmed. Please take care to ensure that a valid e-mail address has been entered as the link will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.

CD: delivery on all CDs is free within the UK. There are no additional costs to those you see on screen. CD orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1^st class within 24-48 hours from placing your order. They should therefore arrive within 2-4 working days (UK orders). If you pay by cheque, your payment will need to clear before your CD is sent.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a thirty day money back guarantee on the hypnosis CD & MP3 audio products we sell. Listen to the audio for 30 days and notice the incredible results. If, however, for any reason you want to return them within the 30 days simply contact us to arrange for return.

Returns

Please contact us for a Return Authorisation Number before returning any products.

CDs must be returned in re-saleable condition. Please note that the cost of returning the items is non-refundable.

Authorised returns should be sent to Empowering Sounds, 53 Hazelwood Close, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB4 3SW.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for its return. If it is damaged we will replace the product and refund any reasonable delivery charges incurred in returning it to us.

Privacy Policy

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. When you order a product you will need to provide some or all of the following information about yourself: name, postal address, e-mail address. We do not have access or receive the credit card details that you use through Paypal.

We use the information you provide when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order.
